Your tasks

• Expert advice and support for our customers from carpentry, interior construction, window construction, timber construction, and related fields

• Processing inquiries, orders, and technical clarifications

• Calculation, creation, and follow-up of offers as well as clean order processing

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion as well as active maintenance of existing customer contacts in the B2B environment

• Maintenance of customer data, activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM system

• Occasional customer visits or field service assignments for special inquiries, samples, or customer care

Your profile

• Completed training in the wood sector, e.g., master carpenter, carpenter EFZ, carpenter EFZ, timber technician, or similar

• Practical experience with solid wood, surface treatments, window and interior construction, or related products

• Experience in sales, internal sales, customer consulting, or in a planning/project function with customer contact

• Enjoy daily communication with customers via phone, email, and in person

• Technical understanding, numerical flair, and a structured, reliable working method

• Communicative, solution-oriented, and service-conscious personality

• Good German skills and interest in long-term career planning
