These exciting tasks await you

• Full responsibility for the precise, professional, and timely execution of monthly payroll processing from A to Z for all internal and external employees

• Ensuring the entire social insurance administration (maternity compensation, family allowances, withholding tax, EO, accident day benefits, and annual closing)

• Responsibility for year-end processing, declaration, and reconciliation of payroll-relevant accounting accounts as well as their balancing

• Contact person for our employees in all payroll matters as well as for external entities such as pension funds, etc.

• Consultation on complex payroll-related issues with tax or social security law and international references

• Development of personnel key figures and preparation of internal and external statistics

• Collaboration in the introduction and further development of HR tools as well as in projects

You bring the following

• Completed commercial basic education (commercial employee EFZ)

• Further training at the level of HR specialist certificate, finance/accounting, CAS Payroll Expert, or social insurance

• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing with solid Abacus knowledge in a comparable position

• Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships

• Interest in challenging issues

• Fluent German and proficient handling of MS Office programs, especially very good Excel skills

• Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded personality

• Drive, team spirit, a pinch of humor, and openness to new things
