Full responsibility for the precise, professional, and timely execution of monthly payroll processing from A to Z for all internal and external employees
Ensuring the entire social insurance administration (maternity compensation, family allowances, withholding tax, EO, accident day benefits, and annual closing)
Responsibility for year-end processing, declaration, and reconciliation of payroll-relevant accounting accounts as well as their balancing
Contact person for our employees in all payroll matters as well as for external entities such as pension funds, etc.
Consultation on complex payroll-related issues with tax or social security law and international references
Development of personnel key figures and preparation of internal and external statistics
Collaboration in the introduction and further development of HR tools as well as in projects
You bring the following
Completed commercial basic education (commercial employee EFZ)
Further training at the level of HR specialist certificate, finance/accounting, CAS Payroll Expert, or social insurance
Several years of professional experience in payroll processing with solid Abacus knowledge in a comparable position
Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
Interest in challenging issues
Fluent German and proficient handling of MS Office programs, especially very good Excel skills
Proactive, service-oriented, and open-minded personality
Drive, team spirit, a pinch of humor, and openness to new things
