Your Responsibilities
In this responsible role, you will share responsibility for our CNC manufacturing in the area of large part processing with the team leader and actively contribute your experience to the further development of our manufacturing processes.
Your main tasks include:
Deputizing for the team leader in manufacturing and supporting daily operations
CAM programming with TopSolid as well as programming in ISO code and Heidenhain dialog
Independently setting up, programming, and optimizing manufacturing processes
Manufacturing large components, gauges, and fixtures on modern 5 to 6-axis machining centers
Planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing production processes
Responsibility for tools, operating resources, and material disposition
Ensuring our high quality standards through first piece and random sample inspections
Supporting the maintenance of our modern machine park
Providing professional support and training for our apprentices in CNC milling and CAM
Your Profile
You have solid experience in CNC manufacturing and want to combine your expertise with leadership responsibility. Ideally, you bring the following:
Training as a certified polymechanic
Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in the area of large parts
In-depth knowledge in CAM programming, preferably with TopSolid
Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and promoting employees and apprentices
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills
Willingness to work in two shifts
