Junior Dispatcher or Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

Your Profile

You already have experience in dispatching (construction or transport) and know the business from practice; ideally, you even have a truck driver's license (Category C) in your pocket. You are a team player with high social competence who remains calm even in hectic moments. As a digitally savvy person, you enjoy using modern tools and shaping processes. Your quick comprehension helps you keep an overview in our dynamic environment.

Your Mission: Keep everything flowing. Together with two colleagues, you form the heart of our dispatching. You juggle daily with 20 to 40 vehicles (tipper and containers) and ensure that every order is executed correctly. You are not only a planner but also an administrator: from order acceptance to execution, the quality is in your hands.

Your Area of Responsibility:

• Timely and needs-based coordination of resources in daily operations (vehicles, drivers, external transport providers)

• Planning and allocation of transports in compliance with the ARV as well as internal and legal requirements

• Economic execution of orders with a focus on minimizing empty trips

• Continuous monitoring of vehicles and proactive management in case of deviations

• Maintenance of the systems used, including correct data collection

• Obtaining and comparing offers and prices

• Obtaining permits for heavy or special transports and ensuring correct implementation

• Participation in internal and external training
