Sales Engineer for Upgrades (m/f/d)

To support our After Sales Team, we are looking for a passionate Engineer (m/f/d) for our growing Upgrade and Retrofit business.

Your Responsibilities

• Global responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the Retrofit and Upgrade portfolio, in close collaboration with product management

• Global technical sales of retrofits and upgrades, in close collaboration with the regional sales and service teams

• Independent preparation of offers and execution of upgrades and retrofits, including support for the service team that carries out the work

• Support for life-cycle topics, in close collaboration with engineering, product management, and purchasing

• Technical customer support as well as field service worldwide

• Further development and promotion of the quality, speed, and efficiency of processes for upgrades and retrofits worldwide

• Support the development and maintenance of our installed base

• Development and support in defining and implementing the after-sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable and profitable growth with upgrades and retrofits

Your Profile

• Technical training or degree and at least 5 years of experience in technical service and/or electrical engineering, in customer service as well as in the upgrade/retrofit business

• Enjoyment of technical challenges and a results-oriented working style, combined with a strong customer and service orientation

• Experience in thermal spraying or its industrial application

• Open and strong personality with a positive and supportive mindset and very good communication skills in German and English
