To support our After Sales Team, we are looking for a passionate Engineer (m/f/d) for our growing upgrade and retrofit business.
Your Responsibilities
Global responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the retrofit and upgrade portfolio, in close collaboration with product management
Global technical sales of retrofits and upgrades, in close collaboration with regional sales and service teams
Independent preparation of offers and execution of upgrades and retrofits, including support for the service team executing the work
Support on life-cycle topics, in close collaboration with engineering, product management, and purchasing
Technical customer support as well as field service worldwide
Further development and promotion of quality, speed, and efficiency of processes for upgrades and retrofits worldwide
Support the development and maintenance of our installed base
Development and support in defining and implementing the after-sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable and profitable growth with upgrades and retrofits
Your Profile
Technical training or degree and at least 5 years of experience in technical service and/or electrical engineering, in customer service as well as in the upgrade/retrofit business
Enjoyment of technical challenges and a results-oriented working style, combined with a strong customer and service orientation
Experience in thermal spraying or its industrial application
Open and strong personality with a positive and supportive mindset and very good communication skills in German and English
