Do you want to combine your architecture studies with challenging practice? At INVIAS, you will work on real timber and solid construction projects, take responsibility in the execution planning, and develop step by step.

Your tasks

Planning & Constructing

• Developing execution and detail planning up to a construction-ready solution

• Creating building application, execution, and detail plans as well as plan processing with ArchiCAD

• Developing construction and detail solutions in timber construction, in coordination with structural engineers and specialists

• Creating visualizations and marketing plans

Coordinating & Organizing

• Coordinating specialists and participating in the tendering process

• Preparing and submitting building applications as well as clarifying authority and approval issues

• Assisting in cost estimation and scheduling

• Maintaining project documentation

Taking responsibility

• Independently taking over sub-projects and independently managing smaller projects

• Supporting construction management and architecture throughout all project phases

What you bring

• Ongoing studies in architecture FH or completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ with the aim of obtaining a FH degree

• Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on execution planning

• Solid understanding of construction and building law

• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD as well as MS Office programs

• Independent, responsible, and efficient working style

• Structured and networked thinking as well as goal-oriented action

• Openness and motivation for exciting timber construction projects
