Do you want to combine your studies in architecture with challenging practical experience and take on responsibility in execution planning? Then you are in the right place with us as:

Architect B.A. or in training 50-80%
Immediately or by arrangement | Location Maienfeld

What you will do with us:

• Develop execution and detail planning up to construction-ready solutions

• Develop construction and detail solutions in timber construction, in coordination with structural engineers and specialists

• Create building application, execution, and detail plans as well as plan processing with ArchiCAD

• Coordinate specialists and participate in the tendering process

• Prepare and submit building applications and clarify authority and approval issues

• Assist in cost estimation and scheduling

• Independently take over sub-projects and lead smaller projects

• Support construction management and architecture throughout all project phases

• Maintain project documentation

• Create visualizations and marketing plans

• Opportunity for work assignments in Davos or Savognin

What you bring:

• Ongoing studies in architecture FH or completed basic training as a draftsman EFZ with the goal of obtaining a FH degree

• Solid understanding of construction and building law

• Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and MS Office programs

• Independent, responsible, and efficient working style

• Structured and networked thinking as well as goal-oriented action

• Openness and motivation for exciting timber construction projects
