CNC Mechanic Specialist with Supervisory Responsibilities

In our mechanics department in industrial production, you are not only a professional at the CNC machine, but you also support people with disabilities in their workplace, promote their skills, and work together with the team to ensure that our customer orders are implemented reliably and professionally.

We are looking for you by agreement for our mechanics group as

CNC Mechanic Specialist with Care Responsibilities 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• For customer orders, you take over the machine planning and implementation while keeping quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness in mind.

• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the machines in your area of responsibility.

• Together with the team, you continuously develop competencies, processes, resources, and structures.

• If support is needed in production, you naturally lend a hand.

• You accompany and promote employees with disabilities in their workplace.

• You set up workplaces and machines professionally and ensure a safe and suitable workflow.

• You carefully integrate new employees into the various activities in the mechanics area.

What you bring

• A mechanical basic education as a polymechanic EFZ forms your professional basis.

• You have experience in CNC programming (ideally turning AND milling).

• You are well-versed in ISO programming of CNC machines and ideally have knowledge of the following controls: Hurco, Haidenhain, Siemens Sinumerik.

• You enjoy working with people and want to apply your expertise specifically in supporting people with disabilities.

• Further training in work pedagogy or a related field, as well as experience with people with cognitive, psychological, or physical disabilities, are advantageous.

• You are proficient in MS Office. ERP knowledge, ideally with ABACUS, is an additional plus.

• You are reflective, conflict-capable, and can act calmly and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
