Your tasks with a focus on Aebi agricultural and municipal vehicles:
End-to-end management of customer orders, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing using SAP R/3 and company-specific programs.
Ensuring smooth order processing as an interface between the production plant, third-party suppliers, the in-house workshop, the field service, and the customer.
Processing tenders in collaboration with the field service and sales management.
Management of the company's online platform for the rental of vehicles, including monitoring the availability of vehicles.
Planning transportation across Switzerland.
Representations and support within our team.

Your background:
You have completed a commercial training with a technical background or a technical training with commercial further education or experience.
You bring a good technical understanding and interest in our products.
You have good knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office.
You enjoy contact with customers and suppliers and convince with your customer-oriented manner.
You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage.
You like to work independently, structured, and efficiently and are characterized by reliability.
You are communicative, team-oriented, and service-oriented.
