The Stiftung andante Winterthur is a non-profit social enterprise benefiting people with cognitive and/or cerebral impairments as well as those with brain injuries. The foundation operates in the city of Winterthur, the surrounding region, and the canton of Thurgau. It is recognized by the cantons of Zurich and Thurgau and is also supported by private donors and patrons. The services offered by Stiftung andante are as diverse as the needs of its clientele in the areas of housing, education, and work.

andante Tägelmoos offers 15 residential and day structure places for adults with brain injuries. The service is aimed at people with mild to moderate care and support needs. We adhere to a person-centered approach. The essential elements of this approach are a respectful, empathetic, and congruent relationship design.

We are looking for a

Care Specialist (FaBe), Health Specialist (FaGe), or Social Educator HF in the residential area (60 - 100 %)
Winterthur-Seen

Your tasks

• Care, support, and assistance for our residents in daily living

• Planning, organizing, and conducting leisure activities for residents

• Taking on key worker responsibilities

• Active participation in team meetings and, if necessary, in project groups

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as FaBe, FaGe, or Social Educator HF

• Professional experience in supporting adults with disabilities

• Strong sense of responsibility and reflective ability, as well as the ability to take good care of oneself and be mindful of oneself

• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evening and weekend shifts
