andante Tägelmoos offers 15 residential and day structure places for adults with a brain injury. The service is aimed at people with mild to moderate care and support needs. We are guided by a person-centered approach. The essential elements of this approach are a respectful, empathetic, and congruent relationship building.
We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement for a
FaBe or FaGe as Night Duty Staff (40%)
Your Tasks
Accompanying approximately 15 residents during the night
Total working hours from 21:30 to 06:45, including rest time with on-call duty from 23:00 to 05:00 (this corresponds to a time credit of 6.23 hours per night)
Nursing activities according to the individual needs of our clientele
Dispensing and monitoring of medications
Documentation in Redline as well as writing handover reports
Your Profile
Completed vocational training as FaGe or FaBe EFZ
Proven pedagogical and/or nursing professional experience (at least 3-5 years)
Experience in night duty
High degree of personal responsibility, reflective ability, and the ability to care for one's own well-being and be mindful
Willingness to work night shifts on weekends and holidays
