andante Tägelmoos offers 15 residential and day structure places for adults with a brain injury. The service is aimed at people with mild to moderate care and support needs. We are guided by a person-centered approach. The essential elements of this approach are a respectful, empathetic, and congruent relationship building.

We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement for a

FaBe or FaGe as Night Duty Staff (40%)

Your Tasks

• Accompanying approximately 15 residents during the night

• Total working hours from 21:30 to 06:45, including rest time with on-call duty from 23:00 to 05:00 (this corresponds to a time credit of 6.23 hours per night)

• Nursing activities according to the individual needs of our clientele

• Dispensing and monitoring of medications

• Documentation in Redline as well as writing handover reports

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as FaGe or FaBe EFZ

• Proven pedagogical and/or nursing professional experience (at least 3-5 years)

• Experience in night duty

• High degree of personal responsibility, reflective ability, and the ability to care for one's own well-being and be mindful

• Willingness to work night shifts on weekends and holidays
