For our client, an established industrial company in southeastern Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced professional with significant seniority as:

Specialist in Occupational Safety & Health Protection (ASGS) – 100% (m/f/d)

You are at home in the field of occupational safety, know the industrial practice from personal experience, and possess the necessary assertiveness to convince even the management of safe solutions – then read on.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes:

• Central contact person for all ASGS topics – internally as well as towards authorities and specialist offices

• Independent implementation and further development of the legal ASGS requirements

• Advising managers and employees at all levels – from production to management

• Planning and conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments including measures management

• Analysis of accident statistics and development of effective prevention measures

• Maintenance and quality assurance of safety-related documentation

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Vocational training in an industrial environment with further training in ASGS (Professional examination Specialist ASGS or Safety Engineer EKAS is an advantage)

• Several years of experience as a safety officer (SiBe) in an industrial environment, ideally with various employers

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness at all hierarchical levels

• Independent, structured working style with high initiative

• Negotiation-safe German skills, good English
