Sales Internal Service / Customer Service Employee (m/f/d, 80–100%)

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

You are the central point of contact between customers, sales managers, and internal departments (Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.) – a key role that is much more than a standard job.
You independently handle the complete order processing – from order acceptance to smooth shipping – for national and international retail customers (B2C and B2B).
You manage your own customer portfolio and maintain sustainable relationships.
You work closely in a team and across departments and participate in trade fairs and customer events as needed.

For this position, you bring the following profile:

Completed commercial basic training and several years of experience in internal sales / customer service.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You think along, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility – we are looking for a personality that shapes rather than just follows.
Fluent German in spoken and written form (requirement); English communicative (mandatory); French is an advantage – at least able to take phone calls.
Experience with Microsoft Navision or CRM is advantageous but not mandatory; proficient in MS Office.
Team-oriented, communicative, and resilient – you maintain an overview and structure even in hectic situations.
