Support for people in the late, special phase of life
Promotion and maintenance of the quality of life of residents as they age
Co-design of group work and team development
Our requirements
Qualification as a Care Specialist EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ
Joy in meeting impressive people
Experience in methods of supported communication
Handling client documentation and other digital tools
Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend shifts
Interest in anthroposophical social therapy and care
