The night care team ensures peace, safety, and well-being for up to 75 individuals in care with 2 staff members from 9 PM to 7 AM, 365 nights a year. This includes being available in the evening, providing nursing care, and independently managing a variety of care situations.

Areas of Responsibility
Accompanying individuals in the evening, at night, and in the morning
Basic care and treatment care
Walks in the main house and in the external houses in Lengwil
Good communication with the day team staff
Requirements
Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with nursing experience
Enjoyment in meeting special individuals
Independence and readiness to take responsibility
