We cover the ICT needs of Swiss hospitals, homes, and practices, allowing them to fully focus on their work.

To strengthen our team in the Sales & Marketing area, we are looking for a Solution Architect immediately or by agreement.

You are the technical consulting and solution instance in the account team and take real ownership of the technological development of our clients. You understand their challenges and translate them into sustainable, secure, and operable IT architectures. You think end-to-end – from network, workplace, security, and private cloud to integration services, service management, and digital transformation. Together with account management, you develop technical target images and roadmaps and position HINT as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You do not wait for requirements but recognize the need for action, bring in new perspectives, and take responsibility from solution architecture to successful implementation.

Your tasks

• You analyze IT architectures and customer requirements and develop technical target images, solution architectures, and roadmaps from them.

• You take technical ownership for customer-related solutions and ensure their integration into the existing IT landscape.

• You design end-to-end solutions across network, workplace, security, private cloud, integration services, and service management.

• You ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, integrable, and operable.

• You orchestrate together with account management, product management, and technical specialists the various disciplines into a complete solution.

• You lead the technical side of presales and proposal processes and create solution designs, architectural concepts, and technical specifications.

• You present and represent solution architectures to technical contacts as well as CIO and management.

• You identify technological fields of action as well as cross- and upselling potentials, thereby supporting the strategic development of our clients.

• You accompany solutions from conception to handover in project and operation.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, IT Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, Presales Architect, or in a comparable role.

• Broad technological understanding and solid experience in several areas: network, modern workplace, cyber security, private cloud/hosting, integration services, and IT service management.

• You understand the interplay of technologies and can develop secure, scalable, and operable end-to-end architectures from them.

• You translate business and customer requirements into technical target images, architectural principles, and concrete solution designs.

• You understand the relationships between architecture, security, integration, operation, and the economic viability of a solution.

• Experience with digital transformation as well as hybrid and private cloud architectures is an advantage.

• Experience in healthcare or with complex, highly available, and regulated IT environments is a plus.

• You communicate confidently with technical specialists as well as with customers at management level.

• Fluent in German, understanding of Swiss German, and good English skills.
