For the Bereuter Group, we are looking for a committed Finance & Payroll Specialist who takes responsibility, works in a structured manner, and fits well into our team with their friendly demeanor.

Your Role

In this versatile role, you will support our finance department in day-to-day operations and participate in important processes related to accounting, payments, closings, and payroll. You ensure that numbers are correct, deadlines are met, and processes run smoothly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Collaboration in financial accounting as well as in accounts payable and receivable

• Support in payment runs, monthly and annual closings

• Participation in monthly payroll processing

• Maintenance of personnel and payroll data as well as support in social insurance topics

• Accompanying and mentoring our commercial learners in the finance area

What You Bring

You have a commercial basic education and have already gained experience in financial accounting, accounting, or payroll. Further training in finance, payroll, or social insurance is an advantage, or you are motivated to develop in this direction.
