What to expect

• You will accompany and support residents in two decentralized living groups in the pedagogical and care areas.

• In shaping their daily lives and leisure activities, you will orient yourself to their individual wishes, abilities, and needs.

• You will promote their independence and empower them to lead their lives as self-determined and responsible as possible.

• You will take on responsibility for the pedagogical area with expertise and commitment.

• Close collaboration with your team as well as with internal and external professionals is also part of your tasks.

What you bring

• You have completed training as a Care Specialist (MmB) or have a social pedagogical qualification.

• Ideally, you already have experience in supporting people with cognitive disabilities in the residential sector.

• You are willing to take on responsibility for the pedagogical area.

• Flexible and irregular working hours suit you.

• You work independently, structured, and responsibly.

• Even in challenging situations, you remain resilient and keep an overview.

• You have good MS Office skills and ideally a driver's license.
