The Eichi retirement and nursing home is a community project of the sponsoring municipality of Niederglatt and the affiliated municipalities of Höri, Neerach, Weiach, and Stadel.

To complement our nursing and care team, we are looking for an

Station Manager (m/f/d) HF
(Workload 80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the nursing team

• Responsibility for daily organization and needs-oriented staff deployment planning

• Overall responsibility for high-quality nursing and care for residents, both professionally and humanely

• Ensuring professional, individual care according to the care process, care guidelines, and medical orders

• Ensuring complete, up-to-date, and legally compliant nursing documentation (EasyDok, BESA/RAI)

• Promoting a respectful, open, and solution-oriented team culture

• Close collaboration with relatives, doctors, and interdisciplinary specialists

• Participation in the further development of care quality, standards, and internal processes

• Support and guidance for employees and trainees

You bring:

• Completed training as a qualified nursing professional HF/FH (DN II)

• Experience in long-term care, ideally in geriatrics

• Leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibilities

• High professional, social, and self-competence as well as good organizational skills

• Responsible, independent, and resilient work style

• Enjoyment in working with elderly people and in team leadership

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Good PC user skills, ideally experience with EasyDok and BESA/RAI
