Your Tasks

• You take over the local construction management and lead the contractors involved from the preparation phase to project completion.

• You coordinate all trades and monitor the workflows regarding deadlines and quality.

• You conduct meetings with contractors and other stakeholders; from the tender negotiations to the construction meetings and billing.

• You are the point of contact for external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen.

What Sets You Apart

• Thanks to your training as a federal certified construction manager, technician HF in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, you bring the technical expertise for demanding construction projects.

• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland have provided you with solid expertise in the realization of construction projects.

• SIA standards are part of your everyday life.

• Experience in the tendering phase is an advantage.

• You are open to digital working methods and naturally use MS Office as well as construction administration software (e.g., Provis, Bluebeam, or Dalux).

• In negotiations and the coordination of various stakeholders, you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions.

• You enjoy working in a team and impress with your initiative, communication skills, and structured working style.
