Controller Sales & Operations/Deputy Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

Your Role

In Sales & Operations Controlling, you create transparency about revenues and costs, as only reliable figures enable effective management. You ensure coordination between departments to create decision-making bases and achieve a profitable overall optimization.

Your responsibilities include

• Business partner for the Sales & Operations areas, ensuring budget compliance

• Analysis of revenue, production costs, and margins

• Monitoring and reporting of order intake and revenue

• Cost center analyses as well as identification of risks and definition of countermeasures

• Budget and forecast support, as well as reporting and further development of controlling tools

Your Profile

For this position, you bring solid controlling skills as well as a strong understanding of business contexts. You convince with analytical strength, assertiveness, and a business partner mentality.

• Commercial training with federal diploma or expert in accounting & controlling or business studies (university/technical college)

• Several years of controlling experience, ideally in an industrial environment

• Experience in production costs, contribution margins, budgeting, forecasting, reporting

• Very good knowledge in financial/operational accounting and cost accounting

• Proficient in ERP, BI, and Excel (SAP, Qlik)

• Communicative & with noticeable joy in collaboration
