We are one of the leading IT service companies in Switzerland and the trusted IT partner of many renowned and innovative companies in the SME segment. To expand our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Sales/Account Manager (Senior) at our location Kirchberg BE.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships as an Account Manager and maintaining customer relationships (with a focus on Managed Services): Ensuring regular contacts, identifying needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Acquisition of new customers as well as identifying, qualifying, and processing leads until closing the cases

• Identifying up- and cross-selling potentials in the Managed Services environment

• Representing WAGNER AG to prospects and providing comprehensive advice to customers

• Point of contact for customers and team colleagues

• Independently creating offers and concepts for turnkey IT solutions

• Supporting presales tasks such as system design, configuration, sizing, and technical clarifications

• Documenting leads in the CRM and continuously following up on open cases

• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, project managers, and technicians

Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in the IT service environment is mandatory

• Experience in the areas of Managed Services, Cloud, and IT outsourcing is mandatory

• Positioning the company as a competent Managed Services partner

• Participation in the further development of the service portfolio

• Extroverted and empathetic personality who enjoys dealing with customers, partners, and manufacturers

• Sales flair and negotiation skills

• Fluent language skills in German (English is an advantage)

• Confident, composed, and professional appearance

• Ambitious, results-oriented, independent, and team-oriented personality
