What you achieve
You will independently care for our patients in all three shifts, with a high degree of personal responsibility.
You will carry out the nursing process based on the latest findings, supported by the clinical information system KISIM.
You ensure the quality of care by implementing the respective standards.
You share responsibility for achieving departmental and unit goals and engage in the continuous optimization of nursing processes.
Additionally, you support our trainees and students in their education.
What distinguishes you
You are a qualified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and have experience in acute care.
The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
You can handle changing situations well.
You work diligently, independently, and with a high awareness of quality.
You have good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
