To complement our Social Services team, we are looking for from October 1, 2026, or by arrangement a

Social Worker in Social Assistance (60%)

The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility

• Clarification and assessment of applications for economic and personal assistance according to the Social Assistance Act and cantonal asylum regulations

• Development of target agreements and implementation of measures with clients

• Preparation of applications and decisions for the social assistance authority

• Case management and continuous documentation in KLIBnet

• Networking and collaboration with internal departments and external specialist agencies (e.g., RAV, guardianships, social insurances, offices)

You bring the following

• Completed studies in Social Work (FH or equivalent)

• Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of social assistance

• In-depth knowledge of the Social Assistance Act and the cantonal asylum regulations

• Fluent German in spoken and written form

• Proficient use of common office software; experience with KLIBnet is an advantage
