We are a lively, well-established Swiss trading company with high-quality products in the field of adhesive and sealing technology for the construction and automotive industries.
To strengthen our small, well-coordinated accounting team in Kloten, we are looking for a Team Leader Accounts Receivable & Payable starting on October 1, 2026 or by agreement.
Your Tasks – What You Can Achieve
Accounts Receivable: Your responsibilities include the entire accounts receivable management. (The review, posting, and booking of outgoing invoices as well as the processing of incoming customer payments. Maintenance of master data and some key figure statistics for internal control systems.
Credit Checks: You conduct order-related credit checks several times a day, set customer-specific credit limits according to clear internal guidelines, and grant order approvals.
Dunning/Collection: You are responsible for conducting dunning runs, making payment agreements, and initiating collections if necessary.
Accounts Payable: In the accounts payable area, your tasks include posting, reconciling incoming invoices, obtaining visa approvals, and creating and executing payment runs.
Interfaces: You are in regular contact with internal departments (sales, purchasing, store, branch in Crissier) and our fiduciary office (accounting) which conveniently is located in the same building.
Work Processes: Further development of work processes in collaboration with the direct supervisor and the team.
Organization & Co-Design in the further development of a small team in accounts receivable and payable (no accounting).
Your Profile – What You Bring
Qualification: Completed commercial basic training with at least two years of practical experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable accounting.
Personality: You are a team-oriented, open-minded person who enjoys direct contact with our employees and customers. At the same time, you also appreciate a focused, independent working style.
Work Style: Independent, careful, and structured working style.
Language Skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form. French or Italian skills can be applied in everyday life but are not mandatory.
ICT Tools: Proficient use of modern ERP and accounting systems (experience with Abacus is an advantage) as well as Microsoft 365 standard applications.
Process Orientation: A large part of our work processes are digitized. Nevertheless, you recognize optimization opportunities in everyday work and enjoy implementing them in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
Overall Overview: As a future team leader, you enjoy keeping the overall overview and coordinating where necessary.
Transition Phase: Our current team is characterized by routine and a strong sense of duty. It is important to us to pass on this know-how early and to build a strong team for the future together with you.
