Sanadura combines the Promulins retirement centers in Samedan and Du Lac in St. Moritz as well as Spitex Upper Engadin. Together, we shape care and support to ensure it is reliable, humane, and of high quality for clients, relatives, and employees.

For our Spitex Upper Engadin, we are looking for a health professional or a certified nursing specialist to start immediately or by agreement, who enjoys working independently while being part of a well-coordinated team.

Your role
You will care for and support our clients in their homes, taking responsibility within your area of competence and for professional, situation-appropriate care.
You work independently on the move while being closely connected with your team.

Your tasks

• Care and support of clients in complex care situations at home

• Independent execution of nursing measures within your competencies

• Observation of changes and passing on relevant information

• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team

• Documentation of the services provided

What you bring

• Training as a Health Professional EFZ or as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland

• Enjoyment of independent work and responsibility in daily life

• Resilience, reliability, and a structured way of working

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of digital work tools

• Driving license category B
