Your tasks

• You take on daily responsibility and ensure a professional and smooth nursing routine

• You ensure holistic, individual, and professional care and support for our residents

• You promote their independence, safety, and quality of life

• You work closely with various professional groups in the interprofessional team

• You ensure proper electronic nursing documentation

• You actively contribute your expertise and support the further development of our care quality

• You take on responsibility and actively shape processes in daily care

You bring the following

• Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognition

• Solid nursing expertise and joy in applying it in practice

• Experience with interRAI LTCF is an advantage

• Team spirit, empathy, and a high sense of responsibility

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

• Openness and respect towards Jewish culture and its traditions

• An engaged, independent, and solution-oriented working style
