• You take responsibility as a care contact person

• You ensure professional, holistic care and support for our residents

• You support and promote their independence and quality of life

• You work closely and solution-oriented in an interdisciplinary team

• You carry out electronic care documentation reliably and professionally

• You actively contribute your expertise and ideas to daily care

What you bring

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ

• Ideally, professional experience in long-term care

• Joy in working with people and a strong sense of responsibility

• Empathy, team spirit, and an appreciative attitude

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Openness and respect towards Jewish culture and its traditions

• Knowledge of interRAI LTCF is an advantage – or the willingness to attend relevant courses
