Your Craft

• Together with the construction manager, you are responsible for leading the workshop.

• With foresight, you manage personnel, machine maintenance, and spare parts inventory - ensuring everything runs at the right time and place. You also keep an eye on safety, quality, and deadlines.

• You work with modern tools - from digital reports to smart work planning.

• Thanks to thoughtful planning and a backup plan for every surprise, you have the machinery under control at all times.

Your Foundation

• You bring solid experience in a workshop in tunnel construction.

• You think along, get involved, and stay cool even when things get hectic in the workshop.

• Passion for machines and inventory, team spirit, and an open ear for your contacts are part of your basic equipment.

• You speak and write German confidently. Additional languages such as Italian, French, or others are a plus - and if you are proficient in BauBit and the Microsoft Office suite, even better!
