The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For long-term care at the Oberi Retirement Center, which provides a cozy home for a total of 150 residents, we are looking for a motivated, interested, and responsible individual starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support for residents
Analyzing and managing complex care situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
Responsible for the care process within the framework of key worker responsibilities
As a day supervisor in close collaboration with interfaces
Mainly early and late shifts
Your Profile
Training as a nurse HF or FH
Experience in the fields of geriatrics and long-term care is desired
High social competence, independence, flexibility, and resilience
Very good oral and written German skills
Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA/RAI/Care Coach knowledge is an advantage)
