As our HR manager will be leaving the company during the ongoing transformation phase, we are looking for a strategically minded and operationally strong personality to modernize our HR department and actively help prepare the workforce in Fällanden for the future and the very high market demand.
Your tasks
HR Strategy & Culture: You are actively involved in the HR strategy, further developing HR processes and shaping a modern, performance-oriented, and agile corporate culture. Focus topics include digital tools, employee development/talent management, and compensation.
Operational Management: Together with your team, you manage the entire HR life cycle for our over 300 employees in Fällanden – from recruiting to personnel development to exit, using the existing HR operating model, and ensuring compliance.
Advising Management: You are a sparring partner for management and line managers on all labor law and personnel issues.
Employer Branding: You position us as an attractive employer in the Zurich region and in the lightweight construction sector.
Projects: You actively drive the digitization of our HR tools (e.g., time tracking, recruitment, payroll interfaces) and ensure modern, efficient standards. You are responsible for the implementation of the HRIS (Rexx) together with the project team.
You bring
Solid Education: HR specialist certificate (HR specialist) or a relevant degree with a focus on human resource management.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in an HR management or generalist role, ideally in a Swiss industrial, production, or aviation environment, as well as proven successes in project management.
Labor Law Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law.
Personality: You communicate on equal terms – from production employees to management. You are empathetic, assertive, and solution-oriented.
Mindset: Hands-on mentality and focus on strategic value creation, as well as the awareness to specifically support line managers in their leadership responsibilities.
Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills (due to our international customer base).
