Independently handling train service tasks under difficult conditions and increased demands
Responsibility in the disruption management process (alerting – managing – resuming normal/ordered operation) within the area of responsibility including rolling stock, locomotive, and train personnel allocation
Ensuring high-quality customer information at the stations
Independently completing administrative tasks and assigned departmental responsibilities
This is the travel baggage you bring
Vocational training EFZ or equivalent qualification
Completed training as a train traffic controller
Certification as a train dispatcher category B according to ZSTEBV
Very good knowledge of the processes for conducting railway production and managing disruptions
Very good knowledge of regulations and train service processes as well as technical aids
Willingness to be on call (intervention on-site / control center)
