To complement our great team in our special residential home Haus Röteli, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with additional function as vocational trainer 60-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the practical training of our trainees in FaGe and students HF

• You plan and coordinate the training offers according to the framework curriculum and our training concept in cooperation with the training association Tannenberg

• You can actively participate in the development of the training area

• You take over the holistic care and support as well as individual assistance for residents with a mental illness, an addiction disorder, or a multiple diagnosis

• You accompany our residents in their individual daily structure and promote their independence in all areas of life

• You handle challenging situations with our residents calmly and with a professional, caring approach

You bring

• You have completed a tertiary education as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH and have at least two years of professional experience

• You have completed a vocational pedagogical training with at least 100 hours or are willing to complete it

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and coaching and training our trainees and employees

• You score with your independent, responsible, and committed working style

• With your motivated, proactive, open, and humorous nature, you inspire your future team and thus become part of our great corporate culture
