Deputy Land Registrar (60 - 100 %)

Responsibilities

• Processing land registry transactions and participating in land registry legal procedures

• Conducting public certifications in land registry transactions

• Representing the head of the land registry office in their absence

• Creating and reviewing documents, contracts, and certificates

• Supporting and advising clients, notaries, authorities, and other interest groups at the counter and by phone on all legal matters

• Other administrative tasks in the land registry area

• Assisting in the training of apprentices in the commercial sector

Expectations

• Certificate as a land registrar or notary or proof of equivalent training (especially legal training)

• Professional experience as a land registrar or notary is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and precise working style

• Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting

• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
