Your Tasks

• Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act

• Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the aim of professional and social integration

• Identifying problem situations and developing suitable strategies

• Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration

• Enforcement of possible claims with social insurances and other third parties

Your Profile

• FH degree in Social Work, preferably complemented by a commercial education

• Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance

• Enjoyment of independent work within a team

• Decisive and resilient personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and shaping processes
