... investigate and negotiate as the project manager of tariff controlling reimbursement claims of insurers against doctors, hospitals, and other service providers.
... represent the insurers independently in court or instruct external lawyers if a negotiation solution fails.
... analyze the application of tariffs in an interdisciplinary team (trust doctors, data analysts, lawyers, etc.).
... contribute to the containment of costs in the healthcare sector.
... maintain contact and relationships with our clients and support the further development of the tariff controlling business unit.

... have completed a degree in law and possess a Swiss lawyer's license or are on the way to obtaining one.
... bring entrepreneurial thinking, persistence, and negotiation skills.
... work in a structured manner, have a good sense for complex relationships, and are not afraid of numbers or tables.
... are a native French speaker or have negotiation-level French skills and solid German skills; Italian skills are welcome.
