You accompany people with cognitive and physical disabilities in their daily lives and collaboratively create a supportive environment with the team.
You provide individual and resource-oriented support in the pedagogical and care areas.
You actively shape leisure time, everyday moments, and daily structure and contribute your ideas.
You participate in the internal day center and contribute to a varied daily routine.
Your work strengthens independence, self-determination, and quality of life.
This is what you bring
You have completed training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe B), Specialist in Health (FaGe), or in the social pedagogical field.
Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with cognitive disabilities.
Flexible working hours suit you.
Even in demanding situations, you remain physically and mentally resilient.
You are well-versed in MS Office; a driver's license is an advantage.
With a pinch of humor, you approach challenges positively and solution-oriented.
