Your area of responsibility

• Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)

• Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of the properties

• Responsibility for budgeting and budget control

• Preparation of reports and condition reports

• Determining market rents and conducting annual planning

• Rental, acceptance, and handover of rental properties

• Accompanying and supporting major renovations and new construction projects

• Point of contact for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen, and caretakers

• Implementation of lease and rent changes

You bring the following

• Commercial basic training and a professional qualification in real estate management

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the real estate industry

• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with GARAIO REM

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Professional appearance, team spirit, and very good manners
