For the strategic development of our Medical Nutrition division, we are looking for a convincing professional who connects nutritional consulting, market development, and customer development. In this newly created role, you will actively shape the establishment of a strategically important business area and the future of artificial nutrition in Switzerland.

As a Market Development Manager, you will play a key role in building our Medical Nutrition business area. You will develop market, customer, and sales concepts, analyze potentials, and implement sustainable solutions for artificial nutrition together with internal and external partners. As a subject matter expert, you will share your knowledge in training sessions, workshops, and presentations, support our sales and service organization, and contribute your expertise to the further development of services, processes, and communication content. In addition, you will represent IVF HARTMANN at professional events and with clients. If necessary, you will conduct professional nutritional consultations and nutritional screenings within billable frameworks.

Competencies:

• Completed training as a nutrition consultant with a qualification recognized in Switzerland for billing medically prescribed nutritional consultations

• Solid knowledge in clinical nutrition; experience in outpatient or long-term care is an advantage

• Conceptual skills to analyze professional, legal, and market requirements, translate them into successful concepts, and implement them directly in practice

• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping a new business area together as a team

• Willingness to travel (10-20%) and very good German language skills; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
