In the context of our consulting mandate in the field of artificial intelligence, we are supporting Medpension in the search for a dedicated individual as AI Automation Engineer (m/f) 80–100 %.
Do you want not only to use AI but also to actively shape the development of a modern AI landscape? Then you are exactly right here. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will be the central contact person for artificial intelligence and automation at Medpension. Together with the specialist departments, you will develop intelligent solutions and sustainably build AI competence within the organization.
The first focus is on automating the processes in incoming and outgoing mail. Building on this, you will develop further AI agents and workflows that make business processes more efficient, secure, and future-proof.

Your profile
You …
have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
have experience with digitization, software development, or process automation.
are familiar with modern AI technologies, agent systems, and workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
have experience with APIs and system integrations.
are familiar with current large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, or Gemini) and ideally their local operation.
work pragmatically, independently, and solution-oriented.
inspire others with new technologies and enjoy collaborating with different departments.
