Rexult AG is an established consulting company based in the city of Bern. For over 25 years, we have successfully supported our clients in transformation projects related to organization, processes, and technologies.

We are looking for a committed individual to join our team as HR Manager, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your mission

You will be responsible for our HR from administration to strategic involvement.

What to expect from us

For the HR topic, we are looking for a personality who utilizes this freedom: leading HR holistically, actively engaging operationally, and shaping our organization.

Your tasks

• You will lead recruitment including active sourcing together with the departments

• You will accompany and advise our employees on all HR-related topics

• You will represent HR in our management and help shape the organization

• You will be responsible for HR administration from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll and insurance

• You will support public procurement with the necessary HR documents

• You will ensure compliance with labor law requirements and continuously improve HR processes

• If employed at a higher percentage, you will also participate in HR-related projects

What you bring

• Business education or training as well as further training in HR

• Several years of experience in an HR role in an SME

• Experience in recruiting and conducting interviews

• Good knowledge in HR administration, payroll, and social insurance

• Ideally knowledge in public procurement

• A self-reliant, structured working style as well as discretion and enjoyment of exchange
