Your tasks

• You are responsible for creating sound, market-oriented evaluations within the team.

• Personnel and technical leadership as well as individual development of real estate agents.

• Acquisition and professional handling of mandates and modules.

• Active management of the market area to sustainably achieve defined goals.

• Recruitment and stage-appropriate onboarding of employees from career changers to senior real estate agents.

• Representation of Raiffeisen Immo AG in the market area and active maintenance of Raiffeisen banks.

• Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of defined processes as well as quality and compliance standards.

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience as a real estate agent and solid market knowledge.

• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams.

• Technical affinity and routine handling of IT applications.

• Negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, empathy, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.

• You are fluent in German, English skills are an advantage.

• Mobile thanks to a driver's license category B and your own vehicle.
