Your Tasks

• You take operational responsibility for high-rise projects from planning to realization.

• You coordinate and manage all planning and execution processes, ensuring a smooth workflow.

• The leadership of the project team, construction management, and external partners is in your hands.

• You are the central interface between internal clients, planners, authorities, and contractors.

• Schedule, cost, and quality control are your responsibility, with efficient information flow being a matter of course for you.

What Sets You Apart

• Completed training as an architect ETH/FH, civil engineer ETH/FH, certified construction manager, technician HF-high-rise, or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in independently managing high-rise projects in Switzerland from planning to execution.

• You are confident across all SIA phases and bring solid experience in both planning and realization of complex high-rise projects.

• You effectively use digital tools and construction administration software for project management and documentation.

• You negotiate confidently, act entrepreneurially, and convince with initiative and assertiveness.

• You lead interdisciplinary teams with clarity, team spirit, and strong communication skills, keeping all project participants on track.
