Our small and dedicated management team in Aarau needs support starting October 1, 2026, or by agreement – and maybe you are exactly the right person for this!

Your area of responsibility

Together with our property managers, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You can expect a variety of tasks that offer diversity and responsibility:

• Manage exciting properties: Together with the property manager, you will take care of the smooth administration and maintenance of an exciting portfolio in the Aargau, Solothurn, and Bern regions.

• Viewings and handovers: You organize and assist with property viewings, inspections, and handovers.

• Maintain relationships: As a communicative contact person, you support tenants, owners, caretakers, and suppliers – by phone, in writing, and in person.

• Advertisements and rental contracts: You create advertisements, publish them, and draft contracts as well as contract amendments.

• Manage invoices: You check, code, and post invoices.

You bring the following

• Completed commercial training.

• Ideally, first professional experience in the real estate industry.

• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage.

• Fluent in German, French, and English is a big plus.

• Driver's license category B.

• A self-reliant and precise working style.

• Your friendly, solution-oriented nature makes you the ideal contact person.
