Your impact in this role

• You lead and coordinate several assembly teams on medium and large construction sites.

• You professionally assemble cable trays, brackets, poles, rails, and other mechanical components with your team.

• You coordinate cleanly with project management, construction management, your team, and other trades.

• You check planning documents, 3D models, and AVOR basics for efficient implementation on the construction site.

• You excel in site management and ensure clear processes within the team.

• You keep an eye on quality, safety, and deadlines even in high dynamics.

• You guide employees calmly, reliably, and practically.

• You use digital tools such as tablets, PCs, and BIM documents openly and pragmatically.

These skills distinguish you

• You have experience in cable tray construction, mechanical assembly, or with comparable assembly systems.

• You bring initial leadership experience as a team leader, chief assembler, site supervisor, or foreman.

• Basic knowledge in electrical installations or electrical construction site experience is an advantage.

• Good German skills help you with coordination, safety, reports, and clear agreements.
