For the Individual Placement Program in KV, IT & Retail, we are looking for an engaged individual as a Coach for Employment Integration, starting immediately or by agreement, for a fixed term of nine months. Your Tasks
Acquisition of placement opportunities for job seekers in the primary labor market
Support and coaching of job seekers and employers
Case management including report writing and agreements
Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal specialists and external agencies (especially RAV)
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Education, or Psychology, preferably with further training in coaching
Willingness and enjoyment in actively acquiring placement opportunities
Professional experience as a coach, ideally with job seekers
Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market
Interest and enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration in a professional team
