The Aging and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five senior centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Rosental Senior Center, which provides a well-maintained home for 107 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader for the geriatric psychiatric residential group starting January 1, 2027, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
Operational management and independent organization of the residential group
Ensuring professional care and support for residents
Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, client consulting, and hospitality
Responsibility for RAI classification
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile
Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with management further education or willingness to pursue it
Several years of professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, leadership experience is an advantage
Willingness to participate in direct care and support
Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage) as well as fluent German
High social competence and communication skills with a strong sense of commitment
Great independence, openness to change processes
Quick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills
