Project Manager Metal Construction - Facade Construction
You will take on exciting facade projects – from takeover to handover – while keeping an eye on deadlines, budget, and quality. You coordinate with architects, general contractors, and planners, and you are the contact person everyone can rely on.

Your Tasks
Project management from the sold order to handover – with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
Clarifications and optimizations in construction, material selection, as well as workshop, transport, and assembly processes in collaboration with partners
Negotiations and control with suppliers, including ongoing contract monitoring and preparation of additional offers
Construction acceptance and preparation of the final invoice
Your Profile
Completed training as a metal construction designer or metal worker, ideally with further education or experience in project management
Strong organizational skills, team player, flexible, and confident in negotiations
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in implementing ideas
