University Internship in Digital Communication and Content Management

Tasks
You will support the promotion of strategic and operational communication initiatives focusing on social media channels and the website.
You will write templates, drafts for posts, emails, articles, and newsletters.
You will track and monitor the websites of Swiss Banking.
You will participate in web technical processes: uploads, editing, and publishing content in Neos, SharePoint, etc.
You will assist in video productions.
You will create content and concepts for presentations in consultation.
And you will also be involved in other projects (events, media support, etc.).
Requirements
You have a degree in communication, journalism, organizational communication, digital ideation, marketing, or business administration with a focus on marketing communication.
You are linguistically strong, editorially thinking, technically inclined, and interested in media work.
You bring initial practical experience with common content management systems (such as Neos, Typo3, WordPress, or comparable tools) and in web publishing. Web design, HTML, and programs for image and video editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
You can communicate clearly and understandably in writing and orally in DE, EN, and preferably in FR.
You enjoy working in a team and contribute actively and with initiative.
You are motivated to gain practical insights into digital communication and develop new skills.
