Your mission with us

Are you passionate about digital processes and want to help companies make their accounts payable processing more efficient, transparent, and automated?

As part of our Invoice Automation Team, you will accompany our customers from analyzing their requirements to designing and implementing their solution, and on to operation and continuous development. You combine process understanding, consulting expertise, and technical know-how to ensure that our solutions create sustainable value.

Together with our customers, you will automate business processes, integrate systems, and design modern digital accounts payable processes.

What you will achieve with us

• You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions in the field of Invoice Automation.

• You advise customers on process optimizations, automation potentials, and integration possibilities.

• You configure and implement the best-of-breed Invoice Automation solution from Basware in customer projects from kickoff to go-live.

• You realize change requests and support your customers in operation and with support inquiries regarding their solutions.

• You work on connecting ERP and third-party systems and support our customers not only with technical questions about the solution itself but also regarding interfaces and integrations.

• You actively share your know-how within the Invoice Automation Team and continuously contribute experiences from customer projects and new ideas to the further development of our services.

• You support our Sales Team with effort estimates, technical questions, and presales activities.

What sets you apart

• You are customer- and service-oriented, helpful, and possess a good dose of patience. 

• You are proactive, structured in your approach, and prioritizing your tasks comes easily to you. Working independently with regular team coordination is a matter of course for you.

• You have technical understanding in the field of business applications, interfaces, and system integrations, and have already gained professional experience in a comparable position.

• You bring knowledge in finance, accounts payable, or in the field of ERP systems.

• You have completed training or further education in (business) informatics or have a comparable qualification.

• You are proficient in German and English in a business context, both spoken and written. French is a significant plus.
