We are looking for a

Course Coordinator for Vocational Maturity (60-100%, m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement

As a course coordinator, you ensure the efficient, smooth, and quality-oriented implementation of our vocational maturity courses. You are the central contact person for learners, teachers, and internal interfaces, and you accompany the course from registration to completion.

Your main tasks:

• Organization and administrative support of the vocational maturity courses

• Processing of registrations, admission procedures, subsidies, invoicing, and teaching material dispatch

• Planning and coordination of class starts, exams, events, and graduation ceremonies

• Support and advice for learners as well as assistance for teachers in everyday school life

• Ensuring the correct examination processing according to curricula and guidelines

• Maintaining data in the school administration system and controlling data quality

• Creating evaluations, assisting with reporting, and forwarding relevant information to the school management

• General administrative tasks and participation in cross-course projects

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or equivalent training, experience in the education sector is an advantage

• High accuracy, organizational talent, and very good administrative skills

• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-oriented working style

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with school administration systems, ideally Tocco, is an advantage

• Independent, responsible, and resilient personality with a hands-on mentality
